Climate conditions require different types of tile to maximize performance based on weather conditions. Areas that experience high levels of freeze-thaw conditions or high snow loads require products that meet a Grade 1 classification per ICC-ES.

Florida Collection*: US Tile produces tile for the Florida market from our manufacturing facility in the Caribbean. These tiles are designed to withstand the harsh weather conditions of the south by complying to rigid Dade County guidelines for roofing products. The Florida collection comprises both traditional 2-Pice profiles as well as a 1-Piece "S" Tile in a variety of rich and vibrant colors. These tiles pass All-Weather Grade 1 standards making them suitable for installation in any climate condition.
